any interested prospects.
- Call for feedback on all showings.
- Continue advertising with emphasis on Homes Illustrated,
Noblesville Daily Times and Tucker Talks.
- Schedule open house if convenient for sellers.

- Call sellers up on receipt of feedback.
- Place ad in the Noblesville Daily Times.
- Continue Homes Illustrated and Tucker Talks.
- Obtain feedback from all showings & network with
all agents with potential prospective buyers for this home.

- Continue with advertising and feedback.
- Distribute flyers to remind all agents of property.
- Check corporate contacts for incoming buyers.

- Review with the sellers all the marketing strategies
