30 Day Marketing Plan

First day after listing
  • Submit information to MLS office computer and place sign and lockbox at home. Take digital photo for submission to REALTOR.com and my web page, www.JudyChew.com.

First week of listing
  • Prepare flyer highlighting points of home. Send flyers to all prospects and to all real estate offices in this area.
  • Write ads and distribute ad copy to Homes Illustrated, and Tucker Talks.
  • Feedback to sellers on any showings or input from flyers and ads.

Second week of listing
  • Continue sending flyers to real estate office and to any interested prospects.
  • Call for feedback on all showings.
  • Continue advertising with emphasis on Homes Illustrated, Noblesville Daily Times and Tucker Talks.
  • Schedule open house if convenient for sellers.

Third week of listing
  • Call sellers up on receipt of feedback.
  • Place ad in the Noblesville Daily Times.
  • Continue Homes Illustrated and Tucker Talks.
  • Obtain feedback from all showings & network with all agents with potential prospective buyers for this home.

Fourth week of listing
  • Continue with advertising and feedback.
  • Distribute flyers to remind all agents of property.
  • Check corporate contacts for incoming buyers.

End of first full month on market
  • Review with the sellers all the marketing strategies with regard to effectiveness.
  • Review feedback from showings and strategies for remaining term of contract.
