Morse Lake continues to have a very active and appreciating housing
market. This year has been extremely active in both on and off water sites. As a
matter of fact, demand for the area has exceeded the supply of homes. Interest
rates have increased slightly, but have still remained very affordable. Noblesville offers fantastic appeal to buyers. We have a small town atmosphere close to Indianapolis. We offer state of the art, award-winning schools, with extensive parent/teacher interaction. Morse Lake offers recreational activities which appeal to all ages. It is no wonder we have such spectacular growth in our community. In the past several years we have seen many new subdivisions offering new homes in just about every price range. Several of these are located near Morse Lake. Others are located on the east side of Noblesville making an easy commute to Castleton and the east side of Indianapolis. My family and I have made the Noblesville and the Morse Lake area our  home for
over 25 years. My long history here has given me a first-hand appreciation for
